I would not dare refer anyone to use the company nor will I be returning next year to allow them to handle my taxes. You would think a black owned business would have a little bit more class( on second thought…..I take that back). When I started using PTG the service was great but over the years as I continued to use them the customer service has deplenished. I don’t like how I asked for Candace Woodruff and was told my appointment was with Candace but upon arrival it’s a different person. I don’t like how on my tax paperwork it says someone by the name of Tiffany handled my taxes but my taxes can’t be located in the IRS system. I have tried multiple times over the past week calling and even emailed in regards to this situation. No response. I don’t like how I’m paying someone to handle my taxes but they have me owing the IRS and when I ask questions I’m hit with it’s your job to submit the appropriate documents (Candace) and threaten with not being able to continue business with me (again Candace). One of I knew how to do my own taxes I wouldn’t paying you . It’s your job to make sure all the appropriate documents needed were submitted. Secondly PTG isn’t the only way to have my taxes filed . So us discontinuing business together would be best. I still don’t know was going on with my 2024 taxes cause PTG refused to call me back.

PTG has been exceptional in their service. I am a new small business owner and their team has been so patient with me. They are very organized and consistent. Any and all questions I’ve had they’ve been able to answer in a way that I understand. Their app is also a god send. It makes reviewing, submitting, and communicating smooth.
