I tried giving this place a shot, and honestly, I’m still stunned at how badly they handled a first interaction. They sent me a Teams link that didn’t even load correctly. After a few attempts I finally got it working… and then I sat there. Waiting. Watching nothing happen. No call. No “Hey, we noticed you’re not in the meeting, is everything okay?” Nothing. An entire hour goes by with zero communication, and I end up having to call them just to figure out what happened. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how they operate. If this is how they treat a brand-new customer before money even changes hands, imagine the level of interest once they’ve actually been paid. You only get one chance to make a first impression, and they burned it without even trying. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated — just basic professionalism and follow-through. I came to them ready to pay for help transitioning from an LLC to an S-Corp and to handle the accounting for three businesses I’ve moved into this state. Instead, I got silence, missed meetings, and complete disinterest. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and leaving this review so others know exactly what to expect before wasting their time like I did. This is not how you treat new clients, and certainly not how you earn repeat ones. Will add that they then emailed back accused me of yelling and profanity. This was my email back as they are now trying to act like this is a ME issue and they have done nothing wrong .. My email back to his accusations... " I never raised my voice, never used profanity, and made it very clear on the phone that the entire situation was a complete waste of time. And somehow your response is to write back acting tough about what you will or won’t “allow” even some what threating >> That alone shows just how unprofessional this place really is. If you’re running a business and you realize someone is missing from a scheduled meeting, the normal, competent reaction is to call them immediately—not wait hours or an entire day to get around to it. None of this makes any sense, and frankly, it shows you have no idea how to properly run a business or handle new customers. And the part that really blows my mind? They had plenty of time to respond to my review pointing out how, in my opinion, they mishandled the first meeting—yet somehow didn’t have two seconds to call when they clearly saw I wasn’t in the meeting in the first place????? I am new to the area, and honestly, I’m glad I found out early how poorly they handle basic communication before spending any money with them. If this is how they treat someone who’s literally trying to give them business, I can only imagine how the rest goes.
