Dr. Collazo was extremely personable and professional. My daughter went in feeling pretty nervous and came out a little excited! He made us all feel comfortable about the process. He is great at taking time and explaining everything! The office is beautiful and efficient and his staff is super friendly! Very happy with our experience!

I have to praise the dental hygienist we had.i wish I knew her name. It was my son’s first dentist appt ever & he already says he wants to go back! Lol. She explained everything she was going to do and talked about all the instruments and let my son touch them before she did anything. She let him pick what show he wanted to watch during the cleaning & it was neat the tvs are the ceilings so the kids can look straight up at them! Constantly praised him the entire time on how good he was doing which of course he loved. Their whole office was very welcoming & very clean. I highly recommend pdgo gtown to everyone!

Everybody from the receptionist to the dental staff was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so sweet and friendly. It was our first time with our baby and I am excited to see how the next visits go! He was so comfortable with everyone even the dentist made him laugh and play.

This was our first dental visit and it couldn't have gone any better! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We were given a tour, the boys got goodie bags, the amenities were outstanding. I'm so happy we picked PDGO to be our dentist!

Sadly, I can't give this place a zero. My son was going to this place for NINE years and I always treated the staff with respect and would even bring tokens of appreciation. My son wore braces twice and I spent thousands of dollars on this journey with him. My son was taken out of the braces and given a retainer and the first set hurt his teeth and we went back to get another set. By the time we could get an appointment with them there was shifting. The practice allowed me to continuously buy retainers and I noticed the spacing was getting more pronounced. I asked for a level set meeting with Dr. Collazo to address my concerns with my son's teeth experiencing spacing up top. I finally got a call from him and he told me my son now needed aligners and I was concerned about the practice allowing me to buy retainers and they never stated my son would need aliners. I reminded him of the manys sets of retainers I purchased and I was told he would have the office to refund me my funds back. I waited a few weeks and I didn't hear from anyone and I called back. I waited a few more weeks and I left another message for the manager Leigh Anne. I waited a couple of more weeks and I called back again and this time I told the receptionist I was frustrated and this is why people got the BBB involved with matters like this. I got a cetified letter telling me my son was fired from the practice. I never cursed anyone out and my son went there for nine years. No discussion about my refund for purchasing several sets of retainers that weren't going to help the situation and they fired my son from the practice without a care in the world. Weeks later, I found out they sent me to a collection agency for a 3k bill and there shouldn't have been a balance owed and they actually owe me money. My son did a consult with another Ortho provider and he stated my son should have had a permanent bond placed behind his teeth to prevent shifting when he came out of the braces. So, not only did this practice screw my son by not placing a permanent bond to his teeth when he got the braces removed, Dr. Collazon lied about returning a refund to me, then they uncermoniously fired my son from the practice after I made several calls asking about the refund, they had the unmitigated gall to send me to a collection company for a made up bil. Black people, DO NOT GO TO THIS practice. My son is back in braces because of their incompetence!!!! I attached the letter sent to me.
