Kuan and Almas were amazing! I booked last minute and they made the appointment right away. They were the best prices in town as well. They made me feel very comfortable and communicated super well throughout my move. I will be recommending to everyone :)

Absolutely amazing experience with Payable Moving Company. The three guys who showed up were incredibly efficient, professional, and genuinely nice from start to finish. They worked extremely hard the entire time and never slowed down. Everything was handled with care, moved quickly, and placed exactly where we needed it. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Special shoutout to Nur — he was fantastic. Super friendly, organized, and clearly a strong leader for the crew. He made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. We had a BIG move. I mean BIG. From a 5 bedroom 4 bath house PLUS one bedroom casita and moved into a huge loft on the top floor with 4 flights of stairs inside it. These guys were amazing. We had them spend 6 hours packing the day before and then 9 guys on moving day which took a full 9 hours. These guys were outstanding. There was even 3-4 things we missed on moving day and they came back and moved a couch and a couple of heavy things without even trying to charge extra. Dan is THE MAN. He made sure every couple of hours that we were calm and not stressing. Great care and communication. And not ONE thing was broken or lost. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (Oh, and they had to carry two sofas up 6 flights of stairs and only charge a minimal amount for the extra very difficult work.)

Wonderful service! Kairat and Nico did a fantastic job. They did a fast, careful, and very thorough job. Even with difficult items like bulky and heavy furniture, they quickly moved all our items to the drop-off location without a scratch or any difficulties. I would definitely use their services again, and I can absolutely confidently recommend them to anyone moving in Los Angeles.

Super knowledgeable, efficient, and very handy when it came to reassembling furniture and even putting my elliptical back together perfectly. They arrived on time, and I really appreciated the truck tracking system, which let me see exactly where the moving truck was — such a nice touch and very reassuring on moving day. Booking was also incredibly easy. Everything was done electronically, from the appointment to confirmation, and there were no hidden fees at all. What they quoted was exactly what I paid. Overall, a smooth, transparent, and professional experience from start to finish. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.
