Al Smith has been a rockstar. I am a fellow attorney who practices out of state - my client was unlawfully detained when I reached out to Al for help. Al jumped in to file the necessary suit with urgency and professionalism, keeping me in the loop with each step while providing detailed case strategy. I would not hesitate to seek Al's help again if needed and cannot recommend him highly enough.

As an immigration attorney myself, I cannot recommend Al Smith enough. My client was unlawfully detained by ICE in Iowa and he immediately offered his assistance. He took my call Friday evening and filed a habeas petition within hours demanding my clients release. He was communicative, responsive, and put together a tremendous legal argument. He did not back down against the government and will fight for you every step of the way. Our petition was granted by the judge and we cannot thank him enough. Al will take the tough cases and win.
