The pool itself is beautifully done. I love that it has ledge seating along many sides of the pool. There are 4 slides total. The bigger volcano tunnel slide is only open from 2-5pm. There are 2 short slides that are only open from 11-2. These all flow into a larger upper pool. The 4th slide is a short tube slide leading to a waterway going under a walking bridge into a large lower pool. I am not sure why there are such limited house for the slides. They are used constantly when opened. The large Volcano slide can have a long line, but it seemed to go fairly quick. The line length fluctuates. Unless you arrive as the pool opens, it is close to impossible to get a lounge chair. Most people keep their belongings on the chairs all day lone. FYI, the line starts growing about 20-30min before the gates open. The pool area itself gets extremely crowded and the seating is limited though they have packed in as many loungers as they are able. We rented a cabana one day and those are great offering shade as you need it. Plus, it is yours for the day, so you can come and go guilt free. Overall, it is a beautifully done pool area. My only suggestions would be for the slides to be open more and more creative seating availability, such as upright chairs or benches. Unfortunately, there was a poop incident that cleared the pool for the remainder of the day on one day we were there. That is not the fault of the pool. The staff acted quickly clearing the pool.

Not what you expect, nor what you want. If you stay at other resorts with great pools and slides, you'll be especially disappointed. This pool opens at 9am (not a minute earlier) and while it has 3 slides, they are small and only open for a very limited time. The pool closes at 6pm promptly and they usher you away. Ultimately, it's an unreal experience unlike every other resort we've ever stayed at. We spent our first afternoon here before the Volcano slide opened... It was over crowded and a bit cold. The two hot tub/spa are small and over crowded. The water is murky (it was murky every single day we saw it). Lucky I give it 2 stars just because we did eventually manage to get one kid to the pool on time to do the Volcano slide ONCE.

Super crowded. Not bad infrastructure and pool design but we came across the resort to do water slides. Got here at 4pm and the slides say one should be open but it's padlocked... Rip my water slide dreams for this vacation. Oh well...

The pool has two levels with a small slide connecting the two. There are 3 big slides at this pool. One of them is a tunnel slide that's really fun to go on.
