Our HOA builiding used them for backflow test and we ended up with another issue that may or may not have been caused by their services, we simply don't know. Big coincidence? Very defensive and unprofessional after we raised item and said other provider believed backflow test may have caused issue. Our HOA will not use again.

I called for replacement parts for our sprinkler system and the person answering the phone was very unprofessional and rude. He had a terrible attitude about my calling and asked how I even got the number. There is a very low level of customer service with initial interaction. I do not recommend calling them or doing business with them if it can be avoided.
