I had an amazing experience with O'Sullivan Moving and Storage Co.! Brian, Bob, and Jason were absolutely incredible. Their work was beautiful — everything was handled with care, precision, and professionalism. They were fast, neat, and extremely organized throughout the entire move. What really stood out was how communicative they were. They kept me informed every step of the way, letting me know exactly what they were doing and making sure I felt comfortable with the process. Just great guys all around. I truly had to leave this review. Highly recommend!

From the moment I called them until the day we moved this company was TOP NOTCH! Tracey was amazing and very professional. We had to reschedule at the last minute due to an emergency and they totally understood. Bill was great to work with for our quote and the rescheduling. They made this chaotic move bearable. The MVP's Ryan and Chris went above and beyond on moving day. They were absolutely the VERY BEST. Thanks guys, you were rockstars! O'Sullivan was recommended to me from a family member who will never use anyone else....after using them neither will I! I used O'sullivan to move furniture from house to my house within 5 miles locally. Tracy was wonderful during the process of getting a quote and setting up the schedule. The moving guys, Larry and Wali were very professional and pleasant to talk too.They were on time and they unloaded the house in no time and moved the furniture back in the second home no issues whatsoever. They explained things and was very careful moving the furniture, especially the Grandfather Clock. I would definitely recommend O'sullivan to friends and family and utilize them again in the future. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company if you’re looking for professional movers. While they may offer the lowest quote, the quality of service reflects exactly what you pay for. During our move, multiple pieces of furniture were damaged. When damage occurs, customers are directed to file a claim and follow up themselves. Unfortunately, that process appears to be where accountability ends. Despite 10+ days, 3–4 follow-up attempts, and repeated calls, Christy O’ Sullivan has not returned a single message. As of 10:30 a.m., she was reportedly not even in the office, which further reinforces the lack of urgency or professionalism in resolving customer issues. The damage includes visible scratches to our furniture and dresser drawers that no longer opens or closes properly—issues that were not present prior to the move. At this point, the most disappointing part is not just the damage, but the complete absence of communication or ownership afterward. If you value professionalism, care for your belongings, and responsive customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. PS - Please be careful of these other 5 star reviews. They stand there and “encourage” you to give a nice review at the end of the job.

We had the pleasure of being helped by Eric and Karwell from O’Sullivan Movers, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment they arrived, they were on time, polite, humble, and incredibly hardworking. Moving can be stressful, but they handled everything with so much care, patience, and professionalism that it made the entire process feel effortless. Beyond their work ethic, what truly stood out was that they’re just genuinely good human beings — respectful, kind, and thoughtful in every interaction.
