Does your gym do wellness checks on you? Well my amazing gym does, when I was out sick for a few weeks, they reached out to make sure everything was okay. They are the best & it made my day!!!

OTF workouts are the very best and I am always challenged. Today, Coach Brandon really helped me improve my form on the floor giving me clear, specific directions. I even noticed my balanced improve! If you have a chance to take a class with him I highly recommend it! His energy is amazing and I always feel encouraged to do more!

Joseph at the front desk is an absolute gem! He's incredibly friendly and always has great tips on class schedules. He makes the whole experience seamless and welcoming. And Coach Christy? She's a superstar! Her coaching style is motivating and precise—she calls out perfect form corrections, pumps up the energy with awesome playlists, and offers modifications that keep everyone engaged. Thanks to her, I've improved my endurance and strength tremendously, and I actually look forward to those early morning sessions. If you're in West Hartford and ready to transform your fitness game, OTF is the place. Highly recommend— see the difference!

Active Orangetheory member for over 6 years now, and I’ve visited 50+ studios across multiple states. Each location carries its own personality, and this one stood out in the best ways. Great energy. Clean. Efficient layout. Special shoutout to Greg. His motivation, engagement, and coaching style are some of the best I’ve experienced anywhere.

Been going to OTF for a little over a year. They have great classes and very professional, motivating coaches. Their classes combine cardio, rowing and strength work so you’re never bored. My home studio is in CA but was visiting family so I took a class at this location. Staff was friendly and Coach Nelly lead a really fun 3G class. The entry area is very roomy compared to lots of other cramped studios. Places to hang coats and keys also lots of free lockers. The studio is similar to a lot of others. With cardio equipment laid win long blocks. The only difference with this studio is the floor work areas are staggered around the room. Great location, would highly recommend
