I really enjoyed the style of this workout. Less intense and more organized than Barry’s. Because cardio isn’t my favorite , l like the switching every five minutes. Shoutout to Rebecca for helping me navigate getting out of the parking lot. 😆 She was very patient and kind. I will be back.

A few positive points were The instructor and front staff was very nice. However, it was hard to hear and understand the instructor with the loud music playing. The music was mostly rap and had some pretty offensive lyrics. Also, the class had a very weird vibe. No one spoke one word to each other, and everybody was on their phones.

I truly can’t say enough great things about this class. I found it through ClassPass, and from the moment I walked in, Karen at the front counter was absolutely extraordinary. Her warm, welcoming, and positive attitude made the onboarding process seamless and comfortable. Mathew, who led the class, brought the energy all the way up. The 90s playlist was on point, and he pushed us just enough to finish strong without feeling overwhelmed. I’m already planning to come back and would highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a great workout with an amazing vibe.

My first experience here was epic and Karen the front desk rep was so kind and attentive. Instructor Matthew was PHENOMENAL and such a vibe! I loved the workout and coming back.

Love OneSweat! I've taken the Sweat Signature classes from Tiffany, Devin, and Spencer. They're all great instructors with clear instructions and demonstrations, awesome music, encouraging, and well prepared. The classes are nicely paced with structures blocks. The instructors give you instructions and guidance but you can always modify it to your fitness level while still feeling supported. If its your first time, the front desk staff will set you up for success by taking you inside early for a briefing. The rooms are also clean and nicely laid out. Although there's quite a number of people in the room, I've never felt claustrophobic or cramped in the room. Plenty of parking within the same lot or you may also park in the lot across where OneSweat Pilates is. Towels are provided for your use during class and cold essential oil towels are provided after. They also have amenities and showers in the bathrooms/locker rooms and a few even at the front desk. I look forward to OneSweat whenever I'm on town.
