I had to have a copier moved from Maryland to Washington, DC. I used OMX and the entire experience from start to finish was top notch. The woman who answered my initial call was very pleasant, then I got handed off to a project manager, who meticulously handled all the details of my move from coordination, to the quote process to the dispatch of movers. The movers themselves were on time, very polite and very thorough and expedient. I would highly recommend Office Movers Express for your moving needs and I would use them again with no question.

Neal is always very helpful when we need a special move for our company. Dennis and his crew were very professional and quick at getting the job done. We are in the Food and Beverage business and occasionally have groups that want to remove furniture. Office Movers Express came in the afternoon and removed the furniture and then returned later that evening to bring it all back after the event was over.

Very impressed with OMX and their ability to flex in a very dynamic operating environment, ability to move from quote to execution, and the professional service they provide. • They were used on two short fuse/time compressed requirements with operations tied to a Facility Sunset (removal of items for re-use, recycle, trash and for movement of furniture and equipment to Corporate and two separate locations in Chantilly). • Personnel were professional, courteous, swift and handled transfer of items to other locations with care. • Company was all about customer service and worked within normal business hours and outside of normal business hours to get mission accomplished based upon limited windows of time we had to work within. • Personnel were able to likewise “improvise, adapt, and overcome” on transfer of times to multiple locations when challenges were experienced with Building Engineer at Corporate and were prevented from using loading dock. They were delayed in executing delivery due to lack of loading dock access and quickly pivoted to new plan when our Program Manager pushed to that location and blocked traffic on the main road to off-load and take all items through main lobby and up elevators to the 7th floor. • Personnel maintained a positive attitude and were willing to work with us to get tasks accomplished. • OMX worked with us on costing to fit within our limited budget and absolutely moved quickly on quotes, contract, and transition into execution under very compressed timelines, to include working through multiple building managers for access to facilities. • We would seek this company out for any future requirements of a similar nature, and we would highly recommend to other businesses / corporations for disposal, as well as movement / transfer of furniture, equipment (some of which needed to be handled with care, such as TVs, rolling TVs, monitors, etc.). • The crew had a mission-focused, flexible approach and “let’s get it done” mentality that was required when time was of the essence and pressure was mounting. They are a group that we would call again in the future of on-time/on-target support.

OMX provided us with great service and made our move as easy as possible. Great communication from the very beginning with our excellent Account Manager Neal Sweeney, who was always available to answer questions and keep us on track with move preparation and then the actual move, which was in 2 parts. The large team, led by John Lawrence, were professional and personable, and showed true dedication to the very difficult act of making an office move successful with as little stress as possible. We are totally pleased with our choice of OMX, and are happy to recommend and endorse them to anyone in need of a moving company.
