Overall this is a pretty good gym. Although, for the membership price, there are a few things that fall short. The padding on a lot of the machines is wrecked and takes a long time to be replaced, if ever. Their turf areas seem to be very dirty overall with a lot of hair tangled in them. Not sure what their cleaning process is for these areas but it doesn't seem to be doing enough to keep them very clean. The number of people with tripods set up to record themselves and teenagers grouping up to talk in front of the equipment is a bit much at certain times. The sauna units are often closed with 3-4 week repair timelines. And most of all, the parking situation is a mess. They have way too many gym members and not nearly enough parking spaces. It seems like the developer/owner of this location did not account for this accordingly during the lot selection/building phase.

5* for Julian Director of Fitness - his kinesiology background is super valuable in his approach. Great explanation & instruction. And, he just cares. You will achieve your fitness goals - highly recommend!

I’ve been a member here for 5 years and used to love this place. But it has gone downhill. The men’s bathrooms have been out of order for 8 months. I wrote to the managers about it. They never replied and never addressed the problem. They have a Porto-John in the parking lot 😂 is the wonder too cheap to fix it or what? I suppose i wont be renewing my membership here once it expires. Might as well go to Planet Fitness…

I am impressed with this fitness center. Compared to the other four gyms I’ve had memberships with, this facility is the most inviting and comfortable place to work out. The overall layout, equipment and exceptional employees make it special. Renee, the front desk supervisor, is friendly, knowledgeable and most helpful. Quion, my personal trainer, is prime. He has a keen ability to evaluate physical fitness and needs, and then follow through with a work out plan that is most beneficial. I highly recommend 02 Fitness, North Ridge.

Had a great experience from start to finish. Walked into a clean facility. Appreciated seeing bottles of sanitizer everywhere. I was welcomed by a very friendly Front desk person named Renee. She was very efficient, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I also enjoyed the Silversneakers class 11:30 (Mon). Had fun working out with friendly and respectful seniors. Instructor Elizabeth did a great job. Looking forward to many more workouts at O2 North Ridge.
