Cassie may have only done my taxes for two years but I've never felt more comfortable and reassured. She and her team are so knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. I'll be using them for as long as I'm in Kansas City!

Cassie was not professional at all during the first contact. First it was laughter when a question was asked in attempt to gain clarity. Kept cutting us off and sounded offended when mentioned that she was referred to us as an option for new clientele. Then after the poorly guided conversation, she offered to help us with our taxes. If she was busy at the time, we would have appreciated a “I’m busy at the moment, but I can give you a call back.” As a method of securing new clients. I have never been so disappointed in a black owned business. Please do better. Please.

My Husband and I met with Cassie M. today for a tax consultation and she was very helpful, informative and put our concerns at ease. The office space was beautiful and the staff was professional and kind. We will be back and I highly recommend their services.
