My wife and I have moved over 30 times, and we must say, we were so grateful to find a mover who stands behind his company's values. Matt (owner) is professional, honest, affordable, customer oriented and truly sensitive to their needs. At the end of our experience, he asked what else can I help you with? We have had this company move our huge kitchen display for home shows many times. There are several large pieces and they are HEAVY and hard to maneuver. These guys handle everything thoughtfully and with care every time. All of the movers have been great, but Keith and Josh are both exceptional!

These are the best movers I’ve ever had, and I’ve moved around a load! Hands down, you’ve found your movers. I’m reached out to Not a Hobby to help move my Dad, who has a lifetime of stuff, multiple safes, garages, you name it. We had five guys, two trucks, a 10+ hour day. Each person was so considerate and kind - to my Dad, who is an elder and hard of hearing, to his things. They helped us pack even, and did so with care. We did not have ONE broken or damaged item in this move, which is a miracle. They put down blankets in the hallways of his new house so they didn’t track in any sludge from outside - because I buried the lead, this ALL happened as all of Central TX was under inches of snow. These folks shoveled and picked away at ice all across the driveway to get my dad into his new home. I have never seen such dedication and care in movers, and as far as I’m concerned, this is the only moving company worth hiring in Central TX. Call Matt and he’ll take care of you and your family.

I am so grateful that I found Not a Hobby Moving! I was incredibly happy with their service. The movers were prompt, polite and very responsible with my belongings. They were efficient and met their estimate exactly which was absolutely reasonable (and 1/3 of what I was quoted from another company)! And they did it all in the rain never once complaining or allowing any delay. Thank you Not a Hobby, I will definitely use you in the future and will recommend you to all of my moving friends!

Hate to be the bad review but here we go. JT was the main guy in the crew. They are quick but rough on your property. Had two guns in the totes. Both are missing, had a broken whiskey decanter, and a broken power cord to my adjustable bed. Now I have to file a police report and sue them. Glad other have had a good time but I didn’t.
