I’m giving these guys a one, only because there are no negative stars allowed. This outfit is awful. My brother is a 100% disabled veteran who needed a simple health care directive, will, and power of attorney. The documents were so full of errors and typo’s the V.A. wouldn’t accept it. My brother was in intensive care and the law firm took weeks to correct the documents!!! I only got the corrections by showing up in person and threatening to report them to the ND Bar! These guys shouldn’t be allowed to practice law North Dakota!

Divorce is one of the toughest things anyone can go through, and Ashley guided me through every step with patience and clarity. She not only helped me navigate the legal side, but also gave me the confidence and peace of mind I desperately needed during such a difficult time. If you like to keep your integrity intact and want to work with an attorney you can trust, look no further! Ashley Heitkamp (and team) were phenomenal- in and out of the courtroom. She is a great mix of realistic and assertive, and I know she had my best interests in mind the entire time.
