As first-time home buyers, working with Rich made the entire process run so smoothly. Honestly everything you could ask for in a realtor. He's knowledgeable about the Fargo-Moorhead area, nearly everything about houses such as sump pump, roofing, windows and is willing to teach what to look for when buying homes in a way that's easy to understand. Rich was an excellent realtor for making our first home buying experience a great one. It took us a awhile to find the house we wanted because we were a little picky but Rich was more than willing to continuously show us homes until we found exactly what we wanted.
