We just closed on a property with Mario Vasquez (Networth Realty) and it was smooth from start to finish. Mario was professional, communicative, and on top of the details. The transaction with Networth was very straightforward, and when my lender caused a one-day COE delay, they were patient and accommodating. Would gladly work with Mario and Networth again.

Beware. I rarely leave reviews, as I prefer to stay positive and give companies the benefit of the doubt. Even when I have a negative experience, I usually hope it was just a misunderstanding and not a reflection of the company as a whole. However, in this case, I feel it is important to speak up. This company operates in a way that I consider deceptive and unprofessional. Based on my experience, I believe their practices are predatory, and I have taken the step of reporting them to the Real Estate Board. If you have also experienced issues with this company, I strongly encourage you to file a report as well, so that others can be protected from similar treatment.
