Just be aware that if you hire movers and their elevator is broken, National Storage will take no responsibility. And if your stuff is stuck in the locker due to the elevator being broken, you still have to pay monthly until they fix it! Seems like a design flaw that a 3 story storage unit only has one elevator per building.

I appreciate the help I received from Ms. Michelle. She's very professional and helpful with assisting customers. I will highly recommend national storage.

Good place, clean and easy access. The clerk is great. My only issue was that mice had been in my stuff. One was scaling the wall but given the business I get it. It was just gross. But I would use again just put your things in plastic totes.

I went to this storage facility to discuss pricing and information and I spoke to Michelle. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and cheerful which was so refreshing. I will definitely be using this facility as long as Michelle is present to assist me with all my needs. She is definitely an asset.

I literally loved the service here. Stacy helped me and she is th definition of customer service. She was very polite with me. Took her time with me. She went above and beyond to help me. Even though I had her walking up and down the place. lol. She was wonderful. I love it here
