Seems like they can only do common haircuts, asked for a variation on a modern mullet with specific requests and they were all but ignored, got one of the worst cuts ive ever had that is simultaneously not what I asked for, looks awful and is not symmetric meaning even when it grows out it won't look right. The barber didn't seem to know what 'modern' meant and just did a really bad attempt at an 80s mullet.

I’m really disappointed with my recent haircut. I came in with medium-length hair and clearly showed a photo of the style I wanted. Unfortunately, the result has absolutely no resemblance to what I asked for. My hair ended up much shorter than the picture, to the point where it will probably take around three months to grow back. The sides don’t match the reference at all, and the front was cut so unevenly that I now have noticeably short hair on just one side. Overall, there is a 0% match between what I requested and what I received. I was expecting a professional haircut based on the photo I provided, but this experience left me extremely dissatisfied.

Had a terrible experience here. We showed a photo of a modern hairstyle my son wanted and I asked if he could do it. He said yes and by the end it was clear he did not know how to do the cut. It was nothing close to what the look was suppose to be. I do not recommend going here if you want anything different from a regular fade and buzz. The guy cutting the hair should have been honest and told us he didn't know how to do it, instead of butchering my son's hair. I am so upset about it. He knew we were not happy and still charged us full price for the cut.

Amazing hair cut by Raafat! I work in different areas in the GTA so I tried to get a haircut are the best rated barbershops. I was honestly very pleased by this barbershop and this Barber. Strongly recommend for his amazing confide and his attention to details 👌
