Travis with the company was the best mover I have ever worked with! Extremely professional, efficient and amazing! He moved me long distance from Columbus, OH to Dallas, TX. He made this long move so very easy, courteous and professional, and always on time, responsive and efficient. If I could, I would give him and the company 1,000 stars for how incredible this experience was!

So I have used these movers before and liked them. But, this time they really saved the day! I had ordered three sofas from an online company wishing white glove delivery. I wasn't able to find that option when checking out during their President's Day sale. I coordinated with Moving Ahead to have them remove our old furniture and wait for the curbside delivery of the new sofas. The new sofas never arrived on the day they were promised. In fact, Estes had not put them on the truck at all that day! So, I waited the weekend until Monday when Estes could deliver the 1000 lbs. of new furniture - curbside. I thought my daughter and I could bring in all the boxes and put the pieces together ourselves. I was wrong. We got most of the boxes unpackaged and ready to go but the bases were just too heavy to get inside ourselves. I called Moving Ahead and they sent a crew over almost immediately! They not only unboxed the bases but helped us assemble all three sofas of reclining furniture showing me how they connected. The old furniture was still in our garage but we hadn't decided yet if we were going to get rid of it. Today, I decided to put the old furniture in storage. I reached out to Moving Ahead and they had a crew out again - almost immediately! They shrink wrapped everything, picked it up, and moved it to our storage facility. My husband and daughter are arriving back tomorrow from being out of town and the house is put back together and our family room looks great! THANK YOU MOVING AHEAD SERVICES for getting to us so quickly! I don't know what I would have done with our sofa bases sitting outside on the sidewalk with the rain that was coming the next day.....Yes, it cost a pretty penny to have them come out THREE TIMES but it was super worth it to me, and there was NO DAMAGE to our walls, door jams, floors, or furniture. Proof that you get what you pay for.

Jeremy and Josh did a great job with my move. They were very efficient, and handled all of my furniture with care. Everything was moved safely and faster than I expected! They were professional, friendly, and made the whole process much less stressful. I really appreciated how hard they worked. I would definitely recommend Jeremy and Josh to anyone looking for reliable movers!

This was a great experience. From the sales call to scheduling (3 day notice) to the guys who food the work, all 5 stars. The 4 guys arrived on time and were extremely courteous and respectful of the property. They had to deal with a washer and dryer moving downstairs as well as taking apart a baby grand piano and resemble in a basement. They are very professional and our one bedroom apartment was packed up and in moved-in in under 4 hours, that includes reassmbling the piano in the basement. I recommend them highly.

We used Moving Ahead Services about 13 years ago and had a good experience then, so we decided to use them again. John was great with helping to schedule everything, and worked with me shortly before the move when I changed the plan. On the day of the move, Jeremy and his team showed up on time and worked fast and efficiently. They took time to wrap our furniture up to ensure nothing was damaged. We appreciated their professionalism and they were easy to to talk to. I highly recommend this company and I plan to use them again.
