Absolutely cannot say enough good things about this Zoomcare. I was very sketical because of my previous experiences with Kaiser and Providence, but Zoomcare showed me that there is still hope to have a good experience when you’re not feeling well. Quite literally everything that could go right or wrong went right, my provider was phenomenal, they were respectful and kind I would absolutely visit this location again and trust my family with them too.

Our one year old had a cough that’s been progressively getting worse over several weeks. Haven’t established a primary care as it’s brand new insurance. Figured a ZoomCare could at least do the basics, listen to the lungs, and maybe even assess what we need to do for recovery. Wrong. First the PA jabbed pointy thermometer into the ear causing our child to go berserk. After failing for several minutes, she asked if WE could use any of her equipment to get a temperature. What??? Tell her she hasn’t had a fever at all. Skip that and check the lungs. We were told she had an elevated pulse (no kidding, you caused the panic) so that could be a sign of a serious issue. She tried to listen to her lungs but again, couldn’t hear anything because the crying was too loud. After failing to check literally anything, the PA said it could be “severe RSV or pneumonia”. Advised we should definitely head to an Emergency Room but get this… SHE COULDN’T POINT US IN THE DIRECTION OF THE NEAREST ONE. “Google one.” Finally ended up at Doernbecher. Turns out it was just a viral cold from daycare. They were dumbfounded by the ZoomCare experience. If you have a health issue, I would recommend finding a random person under one of the many Portland bridges before entering this ZoomCare. You can also avoid them charging your insurance $700+ for their incredible incompetence.

Today's blood draw went well. Tech was very good. (I hate needled). Yesterday, my appointment was cancelled by Zoomcare 11 minutes before the scheduled time. Found out upon arrival that the clinic was closed and I'd been bumped.

I’m not used Zoom career often. I had a very good experience with the level of communication both from the front desk and from the nurse practitioner who I met with. In my case, it was in network with insurance, which meant the prices were very reasonable and I was able to get an appointment right away. Even with my primary care doctor, I don’t usually have an experience this positive.

Visited this location after running a fever for two days. I was able to easily schedule an appointment online. The provider, Laconda, was friendly and professional. I was glad that I was able to get the medicine that I needed at the same location. I find that to be a great convenience as opposed to trying to find an open pharmacy on a Sunday. I'm feeling much better now. Thanks, Zoomcare.
