I loved my visit here! Jordyn helped me and she was so sweet, awesome and knowledgeable ❤️ I felt very comfortable and taken care of! She walked me through everything thoroughly and answered all my questions! I am excited to start my treatment at Mint orthodontic☺️

My orthodontist is out of state and I called in to see if I could get my permanent retainer repaired- they were able to schedule me just days later! Everyone was friendly, the office is clean (it is open concept, which is diff but throwing it out there for transparency). Overall, great experience and I have kept them in my contacts for potential services (new retainers in future). Thank you!!

Lovely Beautiful Office! Very relaxing office. Love how one side of the office is dedicated for adults and one side for pediatrics. It’s very intentional setup and gives a spa like vibe. From the front desks to the assistants, they’ve been absolutely wonderful

I did the free consult at Mint Orthodontics, and I highly recommend it! Getting my teeth checked out has always been on the back burner and a pain point for me. Let’s be honest, dentist/ortho offices are not usually the vibe. So I've kept putting it off. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to book a consult with Mint Orthodontics (online). It even came with a welcome email and text correspondence (which made my millennial heart very happy). When I went to my appointment, they had a parking garage that was easy to find (they give good directions in the email), and the office was open, bright, and very welcoming (the front desk person was super friendly!). Jordyn, one of the treatment coordinators, then called me back to get started. She took me under her wing and clearly communicated everything she would be doing. She also mentioned clear communication tactics if you have any questions while she’s working in your mouth, where it can be hard to speak. She also checked in about human needs (bathroom, water), which is super nice and made me feel like a human, not just a cash grab. The whole appointment took about an hour to go over everything. She took photos of my mouth for 3D images and X-rays. (They send a video discussing what is done at your first appointment.) After answering a billion of my questions (she’s super knowledgeable!), she sent the doctor in, and he discussed the treatment options. Super easy. Then, after the consult, you connect again with Jordyn to discuss the cost of each treatment plan, and they give you time to think it over with no pressure to “buy today.” They also do a TON of eco-friendly things (hand towels in the bathroom, biodegradable gloves (did you know it takes up to 200 years for gloves to decompose?!? The biodegradable ones only take 2-3 months!), they also try to reduce single-use plastic where they can and work with manufacturers who are aligned with the same eco-thinking! Plus, they plant a tree for every new patient! I honestly wish more medical facilities were as forward-thinking as MINT, because the single-use of everything in medicine is a huge waste problem, and it’s just not sustainable. Anyways! If you’ve been thinking about getting your teeth straightened and improving your mouth health, I’d definitely recommend coming to MINT for a consult. That way, you get all the information about your mouth with no pressure to buy today. That way, you can make an informed decision about what you want to do and feel good about it. Jordyn is the real MVP, and she really made the consultation personable and not scary at all. Highly recommend the experience at MINT Orthodontics.

I love this place! Everyone from start to finish is amazing, whether making an appointment to picking out a treatment plan, to actual installation of braces, I have always felt taken care of! My daughter loves coming here, especially because she gets to see Cortney, her dental assistant, which makes bringing her in for braces tightening so much easier because she doesn’t dread going. Highly recommend Mint. The results are beautiful and my daughter finally likes to smile.
