I've hired these people to help me with my chapter 13 I've been paying and calling to ask questions on my case they never called me back in about a year they have made decisions on my behalf without even talking to me after or before I'm paying double than what they told me I had to pay i understand one reason why that was my fault but it went up again and it's not my fault and now I just want to know when I'm done and no one has called me back yet I pay them faithfully I will never go threw them ever again nor file chapter 13 they don't care about me as a client

Disappointed that the lady answering the phone is a gatekeeper for being able to speak to an attorney. While she said they do have someone who specializes in what I need she made the determination that they could not help me without knowing my whole issue. I asked do the attorneys not speak to people? She said yes but we can't help you. I didn't need a whole consultation, 5 min would have been enough for the attorney to help me decide if the minor issues would be worth rolling into a whole bankruptcy. I assume people get in this work to help people while making money. There is a better way to speak to people and not dismiss them. Thanks for nothing.

If you’re looking for good communication and a hassle free experience, PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE. When you read the reviews and people are saying they can never speak to anyone, BELIEVE THEM. I’ve paid at least $2000 so far but yet I’m still being garnished. The incompetency is so loud that they even spelled my last name wrong on documents. I requested a refund and they had James Miller call me. He assured me of a lot of things that he did not deliver on. I’m still highly interested in a refund. Very stressful firm to work with. RUN!!!

Attorney Ben Karbowski is amazing. The staff was responsive. They’ve given my mother her dignity back. Empathetic and understanding from start to finish, not judging but HELPING and ASSISTING. Thank you!

Please don't get fooled by this company. They want their money in certain time. After that you find out all the "team members " you were talking to quit, "no longer work with them". They stop giving you updates, don't return calls etc. We had an citizenship interview where they were suppose to back us up, and no one showed up. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!
