Such great and welcoming staff!! I went in for an invisalign consult not too sure if I would go through with it (financials, time constraints, so many questions) but the staff and Dr. Padovano really took the time to explain everything to me. I was even given the pricing day of and was able to pick a payment plan that worked for me. I love how whenever I go in I am greeted with a smile:) Looking forward to my invisalign journey with them!!!

I had Invisalign already but made a cross country move and needed a new orthodontist. I found Mill City because it was close to home and had an opening I could attend. The staff is so wonderful, from the front desk woman to the hygienists and Doctor. The staff is always so welcoming when I come in for my appointments and they don’t treat you like just a number. I am not done with my Invisalign yet, but I am very happy to have found Mill City Orthodontics and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I had done a round of Invisaligns a decade earlier but came to Mill City Orthodontics in the early days of their new office to do a bit more enhanced alignment adjustment. Very friendly service, great office, knowledgeable treatment. After a few 6 month-ish rounds, Dr Padovano was able to attain an outcome that I was very happy with! Highly recommend!

I recently saw Dr. Josh for a consultation regarding how dental correction might affect some TMJ issues I’ve been experiencing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, he was incredibly thorough, patient, and transparent, and in some ways, more helpful than even some of the specialists I had already seen for my issues. Dr. Josh took the time to clearly explain what dental correction can, cannot, and might potentially help with, in a way that made complete, logical sense. His explanations were detailed and grounded in both science and practicality, and he answered every single one of my (many!) follow-up questions without hesitation. I especially appreciated his honesty and professionalism in pointing out which aspects of my situation would be better addressed by other types of specialists, rather than overselling what he could do. It’s rare to find a provider who is both this knowledgeable and this transparent. My first step was to get retainers made here—at a very reasonable price—and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. If I decide to move forward with any of the other treatment options he recommended, I will absolutely be doing them here without hesitation. Highly recommend Dr. Josh for anyone seeking honest, detailed, and genuinely caring dental guidance.

I’m thrilled with my experience with Mill City Ortho! I came in to mostly correct the lower teeth crowding that happens as some people get older. From day one, Dr. P’s communication and setting expectations was super friendly, responsive and clear. I was amazed at how quickly I started seeing results! Haley and the team made the whole experience comfortable and stress free. I’m so grateful for the care and attention they put into everything.
