Mike the Mover is exactly what you want when you hire a moving Company. I called him on a Wed. He & his team showed up THE NEXT morning. His quote ($900) was very reasonable and no upcharge for the last minute request or mileage. The move was from Annapolis to Canton in Baltimore. They were able to complete the job from start to finish, in 3.5 hours. He showed up on time with 2 helpers and brought all the right gear. They worked briskly and moved abt 2.5 rooms of furniture/boxes & a very large armoire. Everything made it in the same condition as it was packed, and no bumping, denting or scratched walls. They were familiar with my apt building including the layout & rules for moving in. . One of the movers mentioned he had 6 jobs there in the past. I am very happy with how smoothly the whole move went. Hire him for your next job. You’ll be impressed.

Mike and his team are wonderful movers. Fast, efficient, careful, and very understanding and kind during a tense post-divorce move that involves some conflict. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I had a great experience with this moving company. The movers were very nice, professional, and handled all of my belongings with care. They worked efficiently and made the whole process much easier and less stressful for me. Everything was moved safely, and I really appreciated their positive attitudes and helpfulness. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

I used Mike the Movers, LLC from the reviews I read; however, my move end-up being a disastrous. The move took all day to a house, and the guys took a lunch break for a hour. The truck was really small, but somehow they got the majority of all my furniture and belongings into it. After unloading, Mike and his friends/relatives, placed many heavy boxes in the wrong rooms for me to move. The sad part was the boxes were marked and labelled. (Somebody can't read.) In doing the move, the hardwood floors were scratched, walls scrapped, mostly every piece of furniture had some type of scratch, nick, or was broken. Although they disassembled several pieces of furniture, it was mostly placed together without the screws or bolts, during the assemble back. Moving furniture or laying on it became a dismantled disaster. I had to pay someone to come and reassemble the furniture the proper way. Pictures, mirrors, and clocks were broken. The hallway and steps walls were all scarred-up. My advice would be, Be Aware! Mike the Movers may move a small apartment or a few pieces, but a whole house, you better watch every single move. They need to invest in a Larger truck. Cramming people's personal belongings in a small truck and treating their possessions like nothing; especially when certain pieces have been in a family for years is darn right disrespectful and unprofessional. Several pieces had to be replaced because they did not wrap or had the tools to move it properly in the first place. Personally, I would not use them again. The stress and heartache they bought to the move was unrealistic; anything for a dollar. Sometimes, certain memories CANNOT be replaced. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job! They were punctual, efficient, and took excellent care of our belongings. Our heaviest furniture was on the third floor of a row home with very narrow stairs but they handled it like pros. We are extremely happy with their work - next time we move (hopefully not for a while) we will definitely use them!
