Metro KC Fitness - Downtown

Really great gym with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always kind, and Gary especially stands out. He’s super charismatic and somehow remembers everyone, which makes it feel very personal. I met several friendly members my first time at this location, which made it even better. The equipment is nice and everything is very clean. I’m a regular MetroKC member, and every location I’ve been to has been consistent and well maintained. Definitely recommend!

Only been a couple times but got a membership immediately after doing a day pass. Facility is very well kept and has plenty of equipment and options. All the staff I’ve interacted with are very friendly and helpful, especially Gary. And it’s incredibly affordable compared to other gyms I was looking at - and it’s an added plus that you can access it whenever you need to and you can access any of the facilities.

I just want to come on here and say how lovely my gym is from the staff to the cleanness and to the outstanding equipment that I've gotten to learn about in my weeks of being apart of metro Kc fitness. I love the recognition to get when the staff sees you and even address by my name when seen. Now i won't lie it is lit downtown with the heavy flow of people when i go but i enjoy seeing everybody love the gym as much as i am starting to. I thank metro kc fitness for the guidance and the beautiful environment. I cannot wait to see the difference from the gym and the round of applause i get from it.

I heard about KC Metro Fitness through my brother and sister-in-law and decided to join to stay fit and build more muscle. I really enjoy the convenience of the 24-hour access and how close the gym is to my home. The facility is very clean, the people are welcoming, and the equipment is excellent and easy to use. I would 100% recommend KC Metro Fitness to anyone looking to join a great gym

Gary, the main man! played a big role in motivating me to sign up! You can tell he genuinely cares about the gym and the people in it. He’s always encouraging and focused on making this a welcoming place, not just somewhere you work out and leave! 🤙🏼 down to earth! Definitely made Metro KC fitness my go-to gym ! Shoutout to Juan as well. Even though I kept dodging training at first (that one’s on me 😅), he was always professional, patient, and never pushy, which I really appreciated!!! He encouraged me to meet with another trainer that he thought was more suitable for me ! And Jessica, my current trainer—she’s honestly amazing. She listens, knows her stuff, and pushes me in a supportive way that never feels overwhelming. She makes showing up feel doable. What really stands out is the people here. It’s welcoming, not intimidating, and feels real. Highly recommend!
