Ultimately, we ended up buying a home that wasn't on our list and that Tim found for us! Buying a home is stressful, but Tim made things go smoothly. We closed on time and moved in that day. No shenanigans or delays. He communicated well and got us all necessary paperwork on time. He was clear about deadlines for signatures, inspections, etc. I would highly recommend Tim Baldwin to be your Realtor, especially if you are a historic home enthusiast!
