I had a great experience working with Ms. Tiffany O’Guinn and Ms. Cornissa. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about car-related legal matters. Ms. O’Guinn explained the entire process clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect at every step. What really stood out was how on top of everything they stayed. Communication was consistent, deadlines were met, and I never felt left in the dark. Tiffany Mays O'Guinn is very professional and I recommend her to every hardworking individual that has to go to court with child support. I don't know what courtroom Ms nay Williams was in involving my attorney but I guess fair is the new favorable because the judge was definitely fair and everyone won. Maybe she should be writing a review about the child support attorney or going to hire an attorney of her own. To go online and lie about someone's conduct is crazy what are you even trying to achieve? The judge makes the final decision! This particular judge made the right decision.

Mrs. Tiffany Mays O’Gwinn represented the opposing party in a child support case. I found her conduct throughout the case deeply troubling. Throughout the proceedings, Mrs. O’Gwinn was consistently unpleasant toward multiple mothers involved in the hearing. There appeared to be prior conflict with one of the mothers, which I felt contributed to unnecessary hostility and pettiness during the trial. This behavior escalated tensions and made an already difficult process far more stressful for the mothers involved. Mrs. O’Gwinn made remarks during the hearing that I found unprofessional. Information presented on behalf of her client regarding employment and income was later contradicted by other facts, yet it was still relied upon to argue for a reduction in child support. This raised serious concerns for me about candor and ethics. While her client achieved favorable outcomes, my experience left me feeling that ethical considerations and fairness toward custodial parents were lacking. Based on my experience, I would urge others in similar situations to proceed with caution.
