Mayeya was the first person to ever cut my son’s hair, I stopped coming here a few years back but never remembered why so I tried going today for a haircut for my son last minute. I called, they scheduled me with Brian for 1. It’s 1:47 and this man just put someone new in his chair 10 minutes ago. What a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

I love it here, the owner is professional, fun loving and kind. The other barbers are awesome as well. Feels like family and my 2 boys (one 7 and one 17) always come out with the best cuts!

The Proprietor was professional, attentive to my wishes and perceptive. I’m a Sr Citizen with short curly hair and Am exceptionally pleased. I will be returning!!!!❤️❤️❤️ Hello Hello! Hello! I have returned to Mayeya’s many times. I have always been treated professionally with awesome customer service. My haircut was amazing and I always get compliments. Thank you.👍🏽❤️

I 1st started taking my son's here to get their haircut and I recently went through a transition of coming out of wigs and weaves and this has been my spot every sense.. Not to mention the guys in there treat you like family they treat my sons of if as if they were their own children is very family friendly it's very woman friendly for me is just an amazing place if you ever in Southwest Detroit stop by tell them Jojo sent you...
