Horrible. Front desk gal was kind, but I had a follow up phone call with Gregory Wright that left me in tears. Extremely unprofessional and overpowered me with his voice. He got so offended and defensive and it could have been handled so much better. I'm not a lawyer but at least I can take a minute to step back, look at a situation and speak with people in a calm, kind and professional manner.

I used Massingill to help set up my LLC for my freelance business. I went with them because, I never have set one up before and I had so many questions and wanted help to get it set up correctly the first time around and the reviews were awesome. As well as, I wanted to work with a real human. They also, have been super helpful with answering my questions after the fact, I kept getting letters mailed to me from random business that made things sound urgent & official - they were quick to explain and let me know other things that might come in the mail. I also, use them for my registered agent. I like the idea of having a law firm for that - and while hopefully I would never need them for that. It’s good to know they are there. I recommend them to anyone setting up a business.
