Avoid Martin and Co at all costs!! Been dealing with noisy neighbours since September. Have provided mountains evidence yet nothing has been done. There is NO resolution to any problems with Martin and Co - they simply do not care. It seems to me they value money over actual living conditions. They simply do not care about tenants. Do not use Martin and Co, they are dreadful. Me and my partner are looking to relocate and not have to use Martin and Co ever again.
