Had a great experience at Majestic Detail Spa. I needed the interior cleaned and went for Detail #3. We showed up 5 minutes earlier than opening, but Eric allowed us in anyway because it was cold. The interior and exterior cleaning quality was much better than other detailing places we've tried. Even though he was alone, Eric did a great job cleaning the pet dander from the interior in a timely manner. While I was waiting, I was able to get Patsy's around the corner. Will definitely be coming back again.

I think the person that worked on my car has no concept of what Auto Detailing is about. I came in for just an interior detailing. The price was $225, Seems like I got a $100 detailing job done. Although the carpet and the seats were exquisitely done, the windows and the plastic interior had a lot to be finished. See the pictures of what I’m saying. In addition, the instrument cluster is still dusty, and the chrome work around the measurement cluster had to be wiped down by myself because it was foggy and dirty. This job was definitely not worth $225. Do I recommend this place? no! but I must add. I got the engine cleaned also which was exquisitely done but overpriced at $125.

Excellent detail job inside and out on my car. They got the nasty carpet stains out and made the white leather seats look like the car had just left the showroom. And the exterior, including tires and wheels was every bit as well finished. These guys know their stuff!

Amazing hand car wash and wax. My car was covered in pollen and dirt, and after getting #2 package, it looks brand new again! Great attention to detail and great customer service. Prior to this, I had brought my car through an automatic car wash and it came out with some light scratches - was looking for a hand wash location and this place was such a better alternative!! Will definitely come back and recommend to only ever get your cars hand washed.

Eric did such a great job on my car! I got the #3 (I think) plus the extra pet hair add on. The car had tons of dog hair and odor and grime embedded in the seats, and the exterior had moss in the cracks from living in Seattle(!), and Eric got all of that off and the car is so shiny inside and out! Highly recommend them for the quality work and professionalism and customer service. Thank you! Videos are of before and after.
