Although we weren’t able to move forward with Maher Brothers Moving Company due to our employer’s relocation reimbursement policy—which restricted us to booking through their approved vendors—we still want to highlight the exceptional experience we had while working with them during the planning phase. Mitch Helmkamp was incredibly professional, transparent, and kind throughout our interactions. He took the time to understand our unique situation, offered clear and detailed information, and was always quick to respond with thoughtful guidance. His communication, flexibility, and understanding truly stood out and made us feel supported even though we ultimately couldn’t book with them. It’s rare to come across a company that shows this level of integrity and professionalism from the very beginning. While we couldn’t utilize their services this time, based on our experience, we would wholeheartedly recommend Maher Brothers to anyone looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused moving company.

We hired Maher Bros for a corporate move, and it's been an overall horrific experience. The movers who arrived on-site to load our items had to check in and get a badge for building access. They lost this badge, and I had to facilitate them getting a new one. After our items were loaded, the head mover called me and asked, "Where am I going?" I advised him to reach out to his people at Maher Bros, as they would have all of this information, rather then calling my cell phone. He told me he "lost his paperwork" in a rather accusatory tone. I assured him I had no interest in his paperwork, and he then conceited that he "may have left it on top of something and loaded it." I then connected him with the project manager at our new office location, thinking that would be the end of it. I told him anything he needed, the project manager could provide. Head mover called my cell phone once again to tell me they couldn't get in our suite. Once again, I told him to contact the project manager and that he'd have security let them in. This phone call took place around 7PM. The head mover's response was "security's gone, but okay, I'll call him. Thanks." and hung up. Had he stayed on the line, I would've informed him that security at these buildings is present 24/7. Sure enough, he was incorrect, and security let them in. They unloaded our items. Their empty crates have been in our new office space for 2 weeks and today was supposed to be the day they were to come pick them up; I even emailed yesterday to confirm. I was told they'd arrive between 1-3PM, which then changed to 11:30-1:30PM. It's now past 2PM, and nobody has arrived, and nobody is answering their phones. Overall - the professionalism is heavily lacking. Those who I interacted with on-site displayed zero problem solving skills and called my personal cell phone for every inquiry they had, regardless of whether or not they needed to. I had to repeat instructions to them multiple times, assist them with fixing their own mistakes, and now have been on standby for 4 hours to hopefully be done with this whole ordeal, and still nobody has arrived.

Received world class delivery service from Nihad and Bob. They were punctual, friendly and efficient. Very happy customer and highly recommend.

The guys called about 15 minutes before they were going to get to our location. When they got here they did a great job bringing I the heavy fire proof safe that we had ordered in. They were very nice & personable. It was a great experience! I highly recommend them.
