From the very first phone call to set up the appointment, to our last office visit, Dr. Mack’s office has been phenomenal. The front desk, assistants, and Dr. Mack himself are the kindest people. We are so blessed by this office. And my daughter has a perfect smile to top it all off. Would highly recommend to any and everyone.

After spending seven years in various orthodontic and dental offices attempting to correct my teeth, I eventually moved and discovered Mack Orthodontics. I initially walked in expecting an average orthodontic office, but my experience proved to be far beyond that. After having braces for three and a half years under their care, I can confidently say this practice is not ordinary—it is exceptional. Dr. Mack is incredibly personable and takes the time to remember each patient by name, along with their individual journey. What had been a long and frustrating struggle to straighten my teeth finally became a successful and positive experience once I began treatment here. When it came time for my braces to be removed, I expressed that I was not completely satisfied with the results. Dr. Mack was more than willing to continue treatment and explore alternative options to ensure I was completely happy with the final outcome. That level of dedication and genuine care truly sets this office apart. I now have my braces off and I could not be happier with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Mack Orthodontics to anyone seeking exceptional orthodontic care. Their commitment to their patients and attention to detail are unmatched.

I recently went to Dr Mack for a consultation because he was AMAZING when my daughter went there. He and the staff always made us feel so welcome every time we go. There aren’t enough stars to rate how amazing we think he and the staff are. They are all such a blessing!!

The truth is I was very apprehensive about getting braces at my age. I must say that Dr Mack and his staff made me feel at ease about the journey. Dr. Mack is professional, kind and thorough. He understands the patients fears about the process. His demeanor is amazing and reassuring. My results were better than I could have imagined at the beginning. In addition, the staff is A1. They are fun, professional and thorough. I would recommend this office a thousand if i could. You can't go wrong.
