Kathy was fantastic on the phone and in person — super professional, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me plan a special day for my fiancée, Jacqui. She really went the extra mile to make sure everything was booked perfectly and stress-free. Hani and Ray were our masseuses, and they were both incredible. The massages were relaxing, thorough, and exactly what we needed. You can tell they’re highly skilled and care about the experience they provide. We enjoyed a very, very amazing time overall. Everything felt personalized, smooth, and memorable. I’d absolutely recommend Kathy, Hani, and Ray to anyone looking to create a special, relaxing experience.

Today i took a day off to indulge myself doing a massage and a facial atLux MedSpa and the reviews do not make justice the place is immaculate the service is impecable. For sure the best spa in Brickell. I loved it. katy is woderfull. And Alan simply the best. And to make even more special they had real tulips. My favorite flower

I got a couples massage for our 4th anniversary, and the experience was absolutely amazing. Katy and Marisol gave us a full tour of the facilities, and the attention to detail truly stood out. We had a personalized locker (my name was on it), which made me feel so special right away. We were also offered champagne, which was such a lovely touch. The massage was done by Midialis and Danielly, and it was incredible. I honestly feel like a new person haha. Thank you so much to the entire team for such a beautiful experience.
