Orange Square Movers helped us move from Denver to Chicago and did an amazing job. The team was friendly, fast, and very professional. Everything arrived safely and communication was great throughout the whole move. Highly recommend!

My step-father in-law hired Orange Square movers to assist in his relocation from his home of 40+ years. The team, Andre and Junior did a phenomenal job, packing with care, ensuring everything was packed how we asked, and in the move to the new location, assisted with making sure items were placed in the appropriate rooms, and set up larger items for easier room flow, based on him being in a wheelchair. They were thorough, professional, and extremely polite throughout the entire process.. If you're looking for a mover who cares and isn't just trying to rush and get the job done, this company is what you're looking for. Time efficient, friendly movers with compassion and empathy. Updated 1-20-25 In response to Orange Square Mover's Comments: You ever had one of these experience that started out great but ended up a complete horror show?! This is THAT company. We had a great move from the Boulder Colorado area to San Diego. The move back was a completely different story. The first day was supposed to be a pack day and the second a move. On pack day one of the workers literally showed up DRUNK... and brought ALCOHOL to the job site and continued to DRINK (see pictures below). I had to leave work and my wife asked them to leave. The next day (now pack and move) they showed up 4 hours late and literally didn't move one thing in the agreed upon time window for which we'd secured a lobby security guard. My wife ended up having to play security guard and I had to leave work twice this day as well because my wife described how disorganized the packing was. The company apologized and said they'd make it right. Instead when it came time to unload it got worse. We could see all sorts of damaged goods in the back of the truck but they refused to unload it until we paid them in cash for the delivery. They never attempted to do anything to make any of this right so I leave this review as my only solace. ++++++++++ Dear Andrei Arestovich, apparently I cannot respond to your comments directly so I'm editing my review so as to contain that response. Your company has never apologized for the discomforting and dangerous situation you put my family in nor for the handling of our goods. The tone of your note continues that theme and the content instead defensive, inaccurate and a misdirection. 1) Employee Incident: Your employee was clearly inebriated while at our place of residence and remained so up to the point where we finally asked him and the crew to leave. Furthermore if he was fired he was present the next day on our job so I'm not sure how that worked. Given the timeline we had to accept his presence on the second day.. That is specific and irrefutable. As you mentioned the move to San Diego was flawless and done by a highly professional crew. The move back from San Diego was the extreme opposite. 2) Scheduling Challenges: The schedule was set with the building and the security guard/firm we hired. The only delay was due to your team being unable to complete the packing due to #1 above. We simply could not have someone clearly inebriated on the property. 3. As this was a company move 5 out of 6 payments (3 payments each direction as you point out) were made by credit card. The only time payment policy became an issue was on the last one and only after I expressed continued dissatisfaction with how things had been handled (based on #1 and #4 below). You then refused and I had to scramble to come up with the cash. It was clear that the team picking up and packing in California was highly unprofessional and payment was delayed pending resolution. However, you offered no resolution and our goods were held hostage with your firm refusing to deliver the goods until full payment was made again without regard to any resolution. I had no choice but to pay and I certainly was not happy with the situation. 4. The damage was NOT minimal. The pictures posted in this review are a small sample of the damaged goods. The full suite of damaged goods have been sent via email and text and claim documentation. Lastly, a claim has been made and I've received no response leading to this review. If you wish to contact me to resolve you have my contact information and I would welcome the effort to properly resolve.

My roommate moved cross country and Orange Square was the local subcontracting moving company. When the movers arrived, I tried to help my roommate as I have been working with commercial moving companies since 2012. The individual driving the truck drove it straight into branches of a tree in the house I am renting and got mad at me for taking pictures and documenting the damage. He also continued to act in a very sexist manner towards me for many minutes that made me feel unsafe in my own home. If that wasn't enough, he attempted to extort my roommate and demanded to be paid before the job was complete, walked all our front yard grass and flower area and was not able to provide information on their certificate of insurance for the tree branch and yard damage.

Orange Square Movers were the best! I can’t say enough positive things about them. From start to finish, they were professional, friendly and hard working. They didn’t take breaks and were very responsive. I had the same team for the removal and setting up in the new house so they were familiar with me and our furniture. (We had to store our furniture for a couple weeks...at no extra charge by the way)! We’ve moved a number of times and Orange Square was by far the best company we have dealt with. The foreman, Andrei, was especially helpful and very efficient. He took the time to go over everything with me and had the team working well together. Great guys. We highly recommend this moving company!
