Orlando was great. I don’t think he expected the size of the sectional that was to be taken, but he moved things around and made it all work. Was fast and efficient. You can’t beat the service we received. Thank you Orlando, we’d definitely recommend using this company.

Used LoadUp moving company. Team leader was Jason. Men were very efficient , friendly, polite , yet professional. All my experience with company from schedulers George & Dereck to the move itself was wonderfully easy. Was kept informed of time schedule every step along the way. . Would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again if needed.

We jumped through hoops to get our requests met. A girl arrive alone in a small car to pick up a 16” purple mattress that 2 big men struggled to deliver. She was not prepared nor had she received correct info to do the job. She then had to call for some one else to bring trailer. She must have thought she could roll up this massive mattress. Very unprofessional. This was a brand new 5,000 mattress we were told would be donated but putting on old trailer down a gravel road with no covering to protect.

LoadUp also moves things and puts together new beds! And then they removed the old one. Our worker was clean, smart, efficient, in and out, and tidy. I ordered two Nectar adjustable beds that are heavy and mechanical. Great job.

Don’t bypass this haul away company - it’s more than a hauling service. Your items can be donated with your permission. Talk about recycling power! First of all, this company is great in my opinion. I had a living room sectional to be hauled. It wasn’t nearly junk. LoadUp found a home for it in a Habitat for Humanity store location. I was thrilled. Benjamin, the guy that hauled it, who works for LoadUp, was awesome. I couldn’t see how he’d be able to get the sectional out of my apartment but he did and did it alone! Amazing!
