I have nothing but incredible things to say about LM Fitness and their semi private training program! Jason and his team are so skilled at what they do. They care about helping you meet your goals and they don’t want you to get hurt doing it 😂 most importantly the team is FUN which makes it much easier to motivate yourself to get in there and get it done.

I drove by LM Fitness for years and I so wish I had stopped by sooner. I’ve had membership’s at most of the major gyms out there, and LM Fitness stacks up way better! The staff, the facilities and the SPT program is great. The SPT trainers all have their unique personalities which lends itself to a different workout and music taste each time. If you are dealing with an injury or impediment they will customize. They bring out my workout demon and I walk out of there feeling like a million bucks! I am so grateful to be LM Fitness member! 💪

I’ll start by saying I’ve never been a gym person. I don’t enjoy the ambiance and to use the machines always takes a lot of discipline. Having Miggy as a trainer has really helped me to overcome my hesitancy to use the gym and I feel more comfortable knowing how to use proper form and how each session will help me with my goals. He is encouraging but also willing to give you the extra push you need to challenge yourself. Also the gym has a chill vibe so I don’t feel intimidated. I’m happy to have found this place and a good coach!

I’ve been training with Miggy for nearly a year and am in the best shape of my life in my 40s. What sets him apart is how thoughtfully he tailors every workout to my goals, body type, and any injuries- he really cares about your goals. He brings great energy, keeps me motivated, and pushes me in a smart, sustainable way. After working with different trainers, I’ve realized how important it is to genuinely enjoy who you train with, and Miggy is someone who makes me look forward to every workout. Highly recommend.

I'm a new client to LM Fitness and I love it!! It's a beautiful space, well organized and clean, with lots of equipment and recovery amenities. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I love that they have both indoor and outdoor sections. They also just recently opened a new upstairs stretch and warm up area, which is a really great addition to everything they already had. If you've been looking for a good gym in AV area, look no further!!
