WOW! Greg was super punctual and on top of things not just by his words but also through actions! He helped us find a rental even though we were still in Canada and not officially set-up in the US yet. We initially had a tough time finding a rental even after having a job lined up in the US, it was tough to find and secure a rental. Greg helped us find rentals and even gave us video walkthroughs on ones we wanted. HE helped us position ourselves and how we can connect better with rentals agents and landlords and eventually he landed a GREAT rental!! We found Greg on YouTube while trying to learn about the different areas in Phoenix AZ. He is super nice, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Greg just helped us buy a house in North Phoenix. From looking for a house to closing, the whole process only took a month thanks to Greg. I found Greg via his YouTube Channel “Living in Phoenix, Arizona”. When we decided to buy a house in Phoenix, I reached out to him and he was very prompt, knowledgeable, and patient when it came to answering questions and providing information/suggestions. Ever since I told Greg that my husband and I would have to travel internationally in a month and would like to find a house within that time frame, it sounded like mission impossible, but not for him. He was fully prepared to help us! He gave us a list of houses to review and took us to see 10 houses on the first day. On the second day, we went back to a couple of houses that we liked and picked the best one that fit our needs. During the closing process, he was our eyes and voice because we live in Los Angeles, and being in a different state made it a challenge to be present for house inspections and buyer walks. Greg represented us for the inspection, the first and second buyer walks, and videotaped each of them for us to review. He also contacted the builder on our behalf to follow up with issues that popped up during the inspection. We have bought and sold several properties in the past and Greg is the best real estate agent that we have ever had. His willingness to go above and beyond to help his clients and his interpersonal skills were outstanding. He is warm, genuine, very professional, and informative. We felt so fortunate to have found him and worked with him. We recommend him highly without hesitation.

Greg helped us through the challenging process of purchasing a home in the Phoenix area from out of state.
