Beyond his credentials, I truly appreciated how accommodating he was in listening to all of my concerns and then providing a thorough treatment plan. He was also very patient in answering all of my “how’s” and “why’s,” which made me feel comfortable and confident in our decision to trust him with my teeth! 🦷 I definitely felt that he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I also want to give a shout-out to the entire staff, especially Margarita! ☺️ She is incredibly warm and genuine and does a wonderful job of building a positive relationship with the clinic’s patients. Great experience so far!!! The team is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain treatment options clearly. From my very first consultation, Dr. Viecilli explained my options thoroughly and without any pressure, and I’ve always felt heard. I really appreciate how transparent he has been about what braces can and can’t do, and how he respects my preferences while still offering thoughtful recommendations. I’m about six months into treatment and already very happy with how my smile is looking. The office is well run, appointments are efficient, and I always feel comfortable asking questions.
