Super friendly owner who’s very knowledgeable. The studio offers a variety of classes and has multiple rooms with various functions including: cycling, bar, and weight class. I worked harder than I have in a long time and will certainly be sore tomorrow. Fun vibes, kind ppl, good music.

Meghan's classes are better than anything I've found even in NYC. Her teaching is so steeply superior to Pure Barre or Bar Method -- more satisfying forms, clearer direction, and inssssane results. She's gotten both my mother and I simply ripped in such a balanced way. Her form direction is thoughtful and welltimed. She is a craftswoman and a pro and she pushes us to be our strongest. Her playlists are top notch and the workout is different each time. Also, the LIFER studio is lovely. Small but excellent, with flattering lighting, (unlike the disgusting Marshall's dressing room eyebag factory track lighting on a low black ceiling that afflicts West Hartford's Pure Barre). Be good to yourself and go to LIFER with Meghan.

Such an amazing gym. The teachers are so attentive. The gym itself provides clean towels to wipe your face, and two classes can happen at the same time. Offers cycling, barre, and they’re available on ClassPass.

Wonderful studio. Careese was very kind, she also provides a full hour of cycling. Its more of a cycling studio than a dance on a bike kind of class. There was great variety; a nice paced warm up, sprints and than hills, cool down and stretch. I biked 14.5 miles but the class is scalable and a really fun way to enjoy your morning.

I have been attending classes at LIFER for a few years now, and can honestly say that it's an incredibly inspiring and inclusive fitness community in so many ways. Everyone is welcome - no intimidation or "cult-like" atmosphere here. Deb & team have completely changed the way that I think about my body image, my health, my strength, and the things that I am capable of. The classes KICK BUTT, but the team is so focused on modifying each workout for each individual attendee. Amazing to see such a strong female powerhouse start and grow such a thriving business and community.
