160.00 a month and they don't include the hydro massage bed, something you get for 30 a month at Crunch. Very laughable. I come for the saunas though, and those are amazing, and I find worth the price. Also the amenities. Just seems cheap of them to not include the hydro massage bed with standard membership

WHEN IS SOMEONE GONNA DO THEIR JOB??? I’m adding an edit to this review. Below is my actual review. Bryan Holiday answered my call. He’s helped me before he is now trying to help me fix my membership. Thank you, Bryan! If it gets fixed, which means I need my founding membership back. In the night crew needs to be properly trained. Then I will change my review to a five star. ✔️ I’m gonna be really straightforward. I have never been so disappointed in a lifetime fitness. I’ve probably been to every single one across the entire country. And the one in Oklahoma City really needs some help. The fact that I’ve spent that much money with this business and I could not set my account up and go swimming before it closed when I got there with 45 minutes left is absurd. I have been calling every weekend for the past two weeks to get reset up and no one was even ready for me when I got here. How is that a proper business? Especially with these prices. Everyone should grow a crunch, but unfortunately, they don’t have the facilities that Lifetime has. If corporate actually looks up my main account and sees how much money I’ve spent with Lifetime since it started I should get a few free months at this point. I’ll be waiting for a call from corporate. So as a social media influencer with multiple platforms, I will state again. Lifetime needs to update their system systems so everything is a Meta verified. The best way to do that would be with Meta glasses. Very basic common sense in the new technology world.

The inability for Lifetime to be able to properly sign a person up within a 30 minute window is truly depressing. Jaylen did work very hard to try to make things work unfortunately everyone’s lack of ability to actually listen and pay attention within; Lifetime has become quite disappointing. For the price for the price that you have to pay the lack of technology connections are ridiculous. Everything should be Meta verified. That way it would be easier for everyone to do whatever they would like. The regular fees of Lifetime have skyrocketed since Covid creating a huge problem. Now I have to waste money just to restart my account and not get to use what I wanted to this evening. That is very depressing as a founding member of lifetime fitness 👌

Dr. Justin Akiyama is truly an amazing chiropractor and an even better friend. Every appointment is not only professional, but also fun and educational. He does a great job explaining what he’s doing and why, which really helps you feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. And don’t let his calm demeanor fool you he’s actually quite the joker. You just have to listen closely. I was honestly very scared walking into our first visit because I didn’t know what to expect, but Justin immediately reassured me that it wasn’t going to be bad. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and adjusted my treatment plan based on what my body needed and what I was experiencing. His goal is genuinely to get you back to how you were before whatever incident occurred mine being a car crash back in August. After completing our sessions, I can confidently say I feel better than I did even before my aerial accident, where I fell seven feet straight onto my back. That says a lot about his skill, care, and dedication to his patients’ recovery. PS: Beware!!! after a fresh haircut, he tends to start feeling himself a little, so don’t forget to clown him just a bit. Keeps him humble.

Editing this down to one star. Customer service is awful. Which is not what I expect from a place like this. If you incorrectly charge someone $200 you should be willing to assist. When I originally called I was told Emily the aquatics manager would reach out about it. She never called and no email. When I called back I was told the GM was too busy and he'd call me after he gave a presentation. 8 hours later he never called me back. I call a 3rd time and after a grand total of 45 minutes on the phone about this, the GM told the woman I was speaking with at the front desk that she could issue a refund. Again he promised to call and to have the aquatics manager call and neither of them ever did. The woman I spoke with the final time(around 430pm on 11/17) was very rude. I'm sorry but there was zero acknowledgement or anything. She simply said "ok". When you spend nearly $500 a month to use a gym, you expect a higher level of service than planet fitness. I have enjoyed this gym and the Kids Academy is truly amazing. The women who run it are beyond a blessing and it's truly the only reason we've stayed. But this morning has changed my opinion greatly. When we signed up we were advised our children would receive 4 complimentary swim lessons each. So we agreed to sign them up. At each lesson I confirmed we were using our complimentary lessons since it was outside the 30 day window because they had no openings at the time. I was told at each lesson yes this is complimentary. I then wake up to a $200 charge that at first no one seems to be able to tell me what it's for and finally they say it's a charge for swim lessons. When I ask to be refunded I'm told no one is around who can actually do that and I'll have to send an email. It is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable to tell someone that when they sign up they receive something complimentary and then you turn around without their consent or knowledge and charge them for those supposedly free services. And then to say sorry you'll have to email because no one is here to help. Be ware if you sign up and use your free services you may be charged. Unethical.
