Love this place!! The facility is very clean and organized. Everyone who works there are very welcoming, respectful, and friendly. Elizabeth has been doing our taxes for years!! She's very professional, shows a lot of integrity, and knowledgeable at what she does. I love that she keeps us engaged with our return and answers any questions we may have along the way. Elizabeth is a very charismatic person who's attentive to everything and never fails to show empathy to her clients. These are the type of characteristics people are looking for when it comes to finding the right place to get their taxes done at. Let's be for real, getting your taxes can be very nerve wrecking. You want a trustworthy place that feels like family from the moment you walk in. You want a place that's consistent and makes getting your taxes done less burdensome or none. This is my second year working with Sal at Liberal Tax in Hartford, and I couldn’t be happier! Sal is incredibly down to earth and works hard to maximize every deduction - he even gives you $50! What really sets Sal apart is how informative and thorough he is. He makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the entire process and explains everything clearly so I understand exactly what’s happening with my return. He’s meticulous about verifying all information, especially double-checking bank account details to ensure your refund goes to the right place. The experience is welcoming (he even offers beverages!), fast, and efficient. Sal also provides multiple options for getting your refund, including early loan options if you need your money sooner.
