They sold my husband a house on a VA home loan they did a lot of shady undermining things to us during the home buying process including selling my husband who's an honorable discharged veteran with 5 children who are disabled children... The home was a section 8 house previously they didn't disclose to us the full condition of the home there were two inspectors that went through the home a regular inspector was hired the first time and then a VA inspector the rules state it has to be considered safe to move in upon moving in and getting out of the U haul that we had rented through Penske the 1204 SW 72nd St, Oklahoma City Oklahoma 73139 home had visible live cockroaches present an wondering around outside the home when entering the home there where cockroaches everywhere that were alive and visible with a naked eye there was no way they didn't know about the cockroaches this is illegal to sell a home in this condition, broken bathroom pipes in the upstairs bathroom that poured water down stairs causing damage to the ceiling below in the down stairs bathroom! Which was also never disclosed to us. As well as poor insulation problems causing heating and cooling issues in the home increasing are electric bill to be substantially higher then the average electric bill in our area $260.00 each month since we moved in July 3rd 2025! And the kitchen sink leaks we were not made aware of this either, mice problems,black mold in the bathroom downstairs under the sink growing we were not told about this either. Structure and foundation problems large crack from the garage doors all the way to the back of the garage to the electrical outlet box! Lower doors not properly fitted to the frame work also causing insulation problems! Broken dishwasher which was an appliance that came with the home we where not made aware that it was broken. Garbage all over the yard when we arrived at the property including broken glass and an old satellite dish and a huge pile of rocks and dirt mixed with ripped up trash bags inside of the pile of rocks and dirt and chicken wire, possible electric problems lights flicker all the time, HVAC System went out we had to have an agency come fix it happened during the heavy winter storm that went by the night of the storm! They didn't clean the air duct filled with debris and dust risk of house fires smoke detectors dying shortly after we moved in as well they were supposed to be good for 10 years but they were already at their 10 year limit. Possible termite problems weak floors upstairs they buckle and creak a lot every where you step upstairs, some lose stair well steps and railings. This was supposed to be a happy moment for us purchasing this house was a nightmare for my husband he has been extremely depressed and lost this has also set us back financially do to trying to pay for treatment to get rid of the mice and the cockroaches as well and because we can't afford a professional we have been buying store bought stuff and it still isn't getting rid of the problem our youngest one is Autistic level 3 he is 2 years old why does my children have to live in these conditions we have never had cockroache problems in our entire life or mice problems this is unacceptable and illegal on so many levels and we could see all these problems with a plan eye open like no furniture was in the way no objects were in the way obstructing their view so the realtor office and works working on this had to have known about these problems and on top of that there was two inspectors inside that home! The value of this home was not worth what we are being charged for it and our mortgage should have never have been so high on top of everything else! I have wrote them about this problem and made other agencies aware as well and they haven't tried to fix it with us either our tried making it right with my husband we are getting legal aid involved we have pictures and emails as well as information of us showing us reporting this in real time to other agencies! Now we are being and in default because of all this!
