Don't choose Levine law unless you want suicidal thoughts in addition to your injuries. Lia and Michelle negotiated with the city regarding a settlement offer because I got evidence of a confession on my phone of the negligent driver despite their advice not to investigate or call the cops. Michelle refused to forward me the cora video or the emails from the city regarding my settlement, which Risk Management initially said might be over 50k and end up in the city attorney office . Lia knew that the city had overwritten the bus footage of the accident but expert witnesses could prove the accident and my injuries. I spent weeks sending the firm medical records including damaged cervical spine. She never contacted witnesses and used the overwritten footage as an excuse to quit. I wonder how much Lia was offered as a settlement then didn't pay me or how much she got paid not to work on the case. You're seriously better off representing yourself. I'll find out the truth from Risk Management and update my post.

Got into an accident in May and state farm decided to be really nasty. So I gave Lavine law a call. It wasnt a huge case fairly straight forward compared to others. Levine law got me in immediately guided me to treatment,communicated well with me during the process. Settled and soon to pick up my check in the next week or so. Settlement time was quick took less then a year for me. Will I use them again in the future.... well I hope I dont get in another wreck in the future....BUT if I do get in another wreck... Ill give them a call. As far as the Settlement amount I believe its reasonable . No complaints Thank You

DISCLAIMER: Andrew was a great attorney during the workers comp case, and Charlene was a great paralegal but they no longer work for Levine Law LLC. The multiple personal injury lawyers, case manager, and others who took over the case made multiple errors, including ignoring request from the insurance companies, failure to contact workers comp after settlement, failure to negotiate liens, amongst other issues. The third-party insurance carrier paid the settlement in July 2025, after withdrawing from representation December 2025, Levine Law LLC sent the check back to the insurance company in January 2026. The more in depth issue was partly resolved after leaving the review.
