Ms Reina has been gifted to do this kind of work. Loves all children. She has 7 of her own. Very professional very pleasant and has every child’s best interest at heart. She senses when a child needs extra attention and love and gives them what they need. She is forever thinking of new ways to teach them important things. She has a beautiful heart and it shows. When dealing with parents she always lets them know how their day went. The good things and also areas where they struggle. She teaches them about their Heavenly Father. And Jesus. She prays a Jesus bubble over them quite often. She is an expert at calming them down when needed. She has children that have been in her daycare for 5 + years. Her employees are kind and caring as well.

I have 3 children that go here. The teachers are very attentive to each of them. They know my children very well! They take the time to learn and appreciate my childrens special interests. I love that this daycare is Christian based yet educational for them. The daycare director Raina is very sweet, shes very popular with the kids and goes above and beyond for them!

I would highly recommend this daycare to any family member who is looking for a care for they child.Staff are kind, patient, and professional, even when handling difficult situations. They maintain open lines of communication with parents, providing daily updates on a child’s well-being and activities. They help children navigate their feelings and build trust, demonstrating they understand emotional development. And Children learn new things, develop social skills, and are well-prepared for kindergarten. The facility is clean, bright, and inviting, with age-appropriate materials and engaging play areas.I feel very confident bring my child to this daycare because I know they will be safe and they also cook delicious meals for the kids. The kids are separated into different classes by age groups so the education they receive is specific to their needs. I would give zero stars if I could. This daycare has some of the most chaotic, unprofessional, and downright careless communication I’ve ever dealt with. Important information is either delayed, inconsistent, or simply never shared. I’ve been told things “aren’t the first time,” yet somehow it is the first time I’ve ever heard about them. My child came home with a black eye and no explanation until I pushed for one — completely unacceptable. The level of basic childcare here is alarming. My son was sent home in the same diaper he arrived in after eight hours — soaked, soiled, and clearly neglected. They have repeatedly given him dairy even though his allergy is clearly stated in his paperwork. They’ve sent him home without his coat in cold weather. These are not small mistakes — they’re signs of a center that isn’t paying attention. They’re also extremely disorganized. They show up unannounced for pickups and then rush you as if you’re the one who’s unprepared. Messages don’t match their actions, and they constantly contradict themselves. Every interaction feels like confusion and excuses. As a parent, I should never have to chase down basic information about my own children. This place has made childcare harder, not easier. If you’re looking for a safe, reliable, communicative daycare, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
