The cold plunge and hot sauna are open at 7 am on Saturday—strongly recommended for a rebirth experience! The space is so clean, the smoothies are fantastic, and the gym itself is very professionally organized and equipped.

I left this establishment feeling absolutely shocked and disgusted by the staffs treatment. I booked this class initially through ClassPass to try out their PIT group class which was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed. The trainer (Landon) insisted on my friend and I to come the next day for a free training session. Since he insisted, we agreed. Now today, we spoke about our fitness goals and did a workout which, again, was great. Now… we discussed pricing options in regards to personal training which I was open to listening to. He mentioned it was $800 and that since it was 2 of us it would be $400 each. I told him to send me the packages through email so I can review if financially this makes sense for me. Instead, he speaks loudly in front of other gym members & employees that I’m wearing a fendi bag and I have 2 phones, how could I not afford it. Also saying that he only works with people that are serious and that I spoke about my fitness goals and that I’m now backing out because of the price. Basically embarrassing me, speaking to me in a rude and unfriendly tone, and overall making me feel so uncomfortable. He then presented the option that we can do a group with 4, which would make the cost $240 for us each. If he initially spoke with kindness, and presented all options available we would’ve been more inclined to book his services. But after that treatment, I will no longer be returning even to do the group fitness classes through ClassPass. It truly left such a bad taste in my mouth. If that is Legacy’s approach to get more customers, I think as a company you should reevaluate your strategy.

One of the best gyms in Miami. Amazing classes, great energy, and top-level coaches who truly push you to be better every day. Special shoutout to my coach, an absolute Legend. Amazing professional, amazing human, and a huge reason why every class is next level. If you’re looking for results, discipline, and a great vibe, this is the place.

We went to Sabrina's P.I.T. - Performance class and thought it was fantastic, super varied and dynamic, with a well-designed training route with 20 stations. We loved it. Coach Sabrina motivated each of us and walked around the room constantly. The place looked well-equipped and had a nice minimalist aesthetic. The staff at the entrance was friendly. Thanks for everything!
