Great to work with! Leaders sent a crew of 3 movers over a period of 2 days to move our 20 years of stuff in a 3500 sq ft house into our new home. They were extremely polite and courteous, leaving blankets and floor coverings wherever they were working to not make a mess. All three were extremely hard working, moving non-stop for 2 straight days. Great team and honest and open company to work with, would highly recommend!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Leaders. I had a scheduled move from 3-5pm that the movers were 5 hours late for. I tried to be reasonable as stuff happens but as they were rushing to move items at 10 at night the mover dropped my TV. As compensation for a 65 inch TV they only offered $82 dollars which hardly covers a replacement TV. I would advise anyone to just go with different movers at the risk of this happening to anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about Dante and Crew. From start to finish, they were attentive, personable, and genuinely fun to work with, which made what is usually a stressful day feel smooth and even enjoyable. They handled everything with care and were always one step ahead. What really set them apart was their attitude. They were friendly, upbeat, and professional the entire time, creating an atmosphere that felt more like working with trusted friends than just hiring movers. We had an absolutely fantastic experience with this moving company from start to finish. The entire team was professional, friendly, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping us and making sure our move went as smoothly as possible. Jake (1449) and Wooden (10098) were wonderful to work with on moving day — efficient, respectful, and attentive to every detail. They handled everything with great care and made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and well-managed. Sean/Shawn in operations was also outstanding. He made sure our inventory list was accurate, clearly communicated pricing, and kept us informed throughout the process. We always knew what to expect, which gave us great peace of mind. We cannot recommend this company enough. If you’re looking for a moving team that is professional, communicative, and truly invested in doing a great job, this is it!

I went with Leaders off of the recommendation of a colleague that had used them for a move, and I’m so glad I did! Dantáe and his crew (employees 10127, 10098, 10312) did an exceptional job!
