Max Rubenstein with Layson Group went above and beyond to sell our house quickly and above asking! Max is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything very thoroughly. This was our first time selling a house and Max made sure we understood each step of the process! I HIGHLY recommend Max Rubenstein and wish we were staying in the area for him to help us buy our next home. If you are in need of a realtor, he’s the best!!

Molly Flynn with the Layson Group is amazing! With her expertise we successfully bought and sold quickly, and she went above and beyond in making sure every detail through the process was covered. Because of Molly’s knowledge in the business and her hard work, our experience was easy and stress-free. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Memphis area. We would definitely work with her again!

I cannot begin to express how grateful we are for all the work that Anna Grace did for us over the past couple of months. This was one of the most challenging deals we have ever been a part of. And I think that goes to say for everyone involved. And Grace was always so calm, collected steadfast, and on top of every single little detail for us. And if it wasn’t for her fighting for us from start to finish, I don’t think this deal would’ve happened. She was part of us finally owning our dream home, we are forever grateful and thankful. I will never use another real Estate Agent in Tennessee. If you are looking If you are looking for an honest, hard working, ethical, detail oriented Agent, Anna Grace is the absolute best!!!

We could not be more pleased with the Layson Group, and specifically our realtor Molly. We had a very specific type of home we were searching for and we knew that the inventory would be very limited. Molly was patient with us and understood our needs. She worked tirelessly for us, and we were able to find the perfect home. Her knowledge of the city was a great asset to us as buyers considering that we are not from Memphis originally. She was always honest and extremely helpful, even after the sale. From the home search, through purchase, and even through providing recommendations for resources like contractors, Molly’s work was top-notch. We cannot recommend Molly and the entire Layson Group enough!
