Yes, there were times when we had to wait a bit, but it was always worth it. The staff is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. Stephanie, in particular, was amazing. She answered our questions quickly and thoroughly, and when I needed my birth certificate translated to submit to USCIS, she was certified to do it and completed it in record time. They carefully prepared my husband and me for our marriage interview with USCIS, and Bruce personally accompanied us. When we arrived, we were beyond nervous. Bruce immediately helped calm us down by talking to us casually, even chatting about The Beatles and his favorite song. It truly helped bring us back down to earth and eased our anxiety before the interview. As of February 10th, my case has been approved, and I am beyond grateful to every single person in that office.
